This complex report has been created as a result of our collaboration with The Executive Agency for Higher Education, Research, Development and Innovation Funding in Romania (UEFISCDI) and has been part of a wider European funded project aimed to develop the e-administration component.
Our Institute organized a series of consultations with a variety of representatives from public and private institutions in Romania, who work in the communication area and understood the importance of well designed and useful website by a public institution.
The purpose of the project was to come up with a series of recommendations about how to better structure the websites in the administration so that they offer relevant and useful information in an easy-to-access and user-friendly manner.
This report includes the main conclusions of the sessions (as outlined by the experts involved in the project), as well as our own proposals for the improvement of the web presence of the administration.
