In the context of the International Open Data Day, the Prime Minister’s Chancery and the Romanian Ministry for Public Consultation and Social Dialogue, together with representatives from the civile society, diplomatic environment and private sectors, are organizing events dedicated to open government. The events took place between March 5-11, 2016.

Institute for Digital Government, together with its partners Institutul pentru Politici Publice (IPP) and Camera de Comerț Româno-Olandeză will organize on March 7th the debate “Open Data in Healthcare: Challenges and Opportunities”. The event is aimed to bring together relevant actors from the healthcare sector in a debate around the utility of open data, the opportunities these offer to both civil society and private sectors as well as challenges when it comes to using open data.
